Sounds silly... Regarding bans...

Howdy, I'm wondering if what I'm experiencing is a problem, a glitch, or a normal thing. If I set a ban (Gline, etc), if the server restarts, the bans are removed. Is this normal? I currently use services (Anope Operserv) to handle bans because of this, but I just want ot know if there is a way around it, or if it's just the way it works.

Yes, that is completely normal. If you want the bans to remain, then add them to your unrealircd.conf.

If you wish to save any bans done, you might want to try Certus's m_tkl_export and m_tkl_import modules. You can get the modules from the Unreal website, or for the Windows modules, you can get them here.
