services which has website

hello, i am looking for a services for my unrealircd 3.2.2 (not anope... for windows) i want services have website, may register nickname/channels from that webiste,
something like gnuworld if that is posible...

You can try my Win32 IRC Services build (link in my sig). There's also WinSE, although I think it's still in beta. Ask w00t or aquanight for the link; I can't remember it offhand. Other Win32 services include Magick and QuickServ II. There's probably even more, just google

EDIT: Forgot to mention QBot (a few posts down). However, I still consider it alpha quality.

Beta?! Last I checked we weren't even Alpha yet -_- .

Also w00t seems to be out of contact for a while :X so don't count on getting a speedy response from him :/ .
