Explain to the ops thats it part of their job . They need to know whats going on as much as you do . Also if its happening because your inviting admins into an invite only chan then consider IRCServices as this has a nickserv autojoin function . This will autojoin upto 10 chans including chans set to invite only when the user identifies .
