Having Trouble with linking more than 2 servers Please help

Post by syphonau »

Ok here we go guys,

I am using the latest version for win32

I am having trouble with linking more than 1 leaf to a single hub, when i manage to do so, i get an error as follows:

-*10.4*.*20.2*4- (sync) Possible negative TS split at link *10.4*.*20.2*4 (1097666062 - 1097666226 = -164) [PLEASE SYNC YOUR CLOCKS!]

I know the settings are correct, because when i link 1 to it, it works. Then i stopped the 2nd one and connected the third. And it connected, so there both working, just not as a group.

Any help would be appreaciated. Thankyou :)

That depends on the version of Windows. Windows XP/2003 has a clock syncing system built right in! Just double click the clock then go to the Internet Time tab. Check the "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server" and you're good to go.

If you're not using XP/2003, then you'll need a third-party tool. It looks like http://csg.trinhall.cam.ac.uk/files/achron5.exe might work for you.
