Kick users from channel or server
Hi,
Can I kick or kill only users from server or channel, who are not connected to server via SSL port (all users, without usermode flag z ) ??

You can kick or kill anyone. Having an SSL connection just means that they are connected through a secure connection.

which i wouldnt really try doing a " mass Kill " anyway, the last mass kill i did affected 200 bots (which used /who to find them) and then killed them, they reconnected strite away soi did it again and it crashed the ircd
*wops*
i spend 4 hrs a day gaming and 14hrs on irc, for 5days a week, im not an addict
Its only for my information, and if the unrealICRD support it.Dukat wrote:Why do you need this anyway, pstruh22?
Maybe we can come up with a better solution...
I want to say, if I can use chanmode +z, on the channel must be connected only user with SSL, if there is one without SSL I cant set this mode, all members must be connected via SSL
thats all..
thanks

I'm in the process of migrating from auspice to anope and as a result looked into anope in detail. Anope does have this featureRon2K wrote:There's also /OperServ CLEARCHAN in IRCServices. No doubt Anope has it as well.aquanight wrote:For kicking people out of a channel, with most services, you can just do /chanserv clear #channel users.
Yaaaaaay! Die Auspice.
*ponder* I wonder whatever happened to kickservices *ponder*

Yes, but like auspice, they seem to have died. Without fixing some (more) nasty potential bugs.

Auspice has served well, when i first went to it, it was much better then anope, ircservices, lakeserve and the 1/2 dozen others i tried.w00t wrote:Yaaaaaay! Die Auspice.
the lack of development, lack of support has allowed other services to catch up, anope has pretty much everything i want minus 2 features that i will miss.
oh, that's not counting running on *nix (the auspice source for *nix has corruption i was never able to fix)
I do this out of necessity, not choice.
