Looks like a lag checking script.
It sends a CTCP to yourself, in this case, "T", which includes your computers tick count (milliseconds since boot). The script then uses the reply to calculate the time in milliseconds that you are lagging.
Appearently, it seems this particular script is broken, or is not halting the text before it is ending up in your status window.
The best way to fix it: unload the script, or figure out how to fix it yourself.
