Shun cmd !

is there any way to disable Shun cmd ?

I doubt if without modifying source.

You shouldn't -need- to disable it. If you can't trust your opers to not play with stuff after you tell them not to, they should -not- be opers.

nah its not bout trust them or not , i was thinking to disable shun option for all ( including me ) .
