Can someone tell me how you can edit the old vhost.conf for unreal3.1.3 ??
cuz that new one works not yet fine on this system

Uhm, 3.1.3 is 2.5 years old, we can't/don't support that... one can make it crash in like a thousand ways.
I suggest you to try 3.2.2. And if something isn't working, you can ask questions about it on the 'Unreal 3.2 Support' forum section. Be sure to spend some time reading the docs first, however.
