iRC Server

Just wondering if it is possible to set up an iRC server from just having FTP access to a server. So upload the files and configure them then login to iRC via your domain.

you need to be able to compile and start Unreal which is usually done via ssh access, just uploading the source code won't help

Generally, if you only have FTP access to a machine, it's because they don't want you to run background processes on it.
