Oper override..

Hello

I have a question about the oper override command +v (my network uses anope services) when I enable it, what can do?
Please answer my little question

For your information: Im just a regular ircop, but im lucky that my netadmin gaved me access to the oper override command in the oper block

Usermode +v is something different, btw... v is just an oper block flag (equals to can_override).
