Seperate Port Just For Admins So They Can Always Connect?

Yo,
I was just wondering whether there is a way i can setup a seperate port so that admins can always connected to the ircd.
at the mo, we currently have trouble logining as all the user slots are being used.
was thinking maybe giving 1000 users slots for clients and the other 24 for admins....
is this possible

Well, use the class blocks! Create a specific class for the admins, and a specific allow block for them. Decrease the cap on the other classes by 24 and set the admin class to 24 max.
