Sysop without services

I'm using unrealircd for very simple ircd on my home. Can I sysop for all channels without installing any service? For example not kickable, not banable, always chanop...

No. However:

Use Usermode +q to prevent yourself from being kicked at all. (except by services)

Use operoverride for chanop powers, making the actual status irrelevant, but if you want the @, /mode #chan +o self

He means channel operator or owner.
