How can I redirect all channels to one big channel

I wana denny all channels and when someone try to join any channel to redirect him in official channel like this one:

-irc.xxxxxx.com- *** Can not join #channel: ........
-
-irc.xxxxxx.com- *** Redirecting you to #channel1

Please use descriptive topics, because No, noone can help you if they dont know your question.

1. Read the docs
2. Use the deny channels block to block #* with redirect on
3. Use the allow channel block to open #Official
4. Read the docs for real this time.
