Can not connect to my own server after restart

Post by seezur »

I'm running the latest version of Unreal on a Windows XP Home box. I had it set up last night and could connect to the server fine (and so could anyone else) with either a DNS or just my IP. After restarting my computer though I am now recieving the error:

* Connecting to skywalker2.servehttp.com (69.205.109.141) port 6667...
* Connection failed. Error: Connection refused
* Looking up 69.205.109.141
* Connecting to 69.205.109.141 (69.205.109.141) port 6667...
* Connected. Now logging in...
* *** Looking up your hostname...
* *** Found your hostname
* Closing Link: Fargin[cpe-69-205-109-141.adelphia.nwark.cc.com] (Password mismatch)
* Disconnected (Remote host closed socket).

I've tryed with both an IP and a DNS and neither works. No one else seems able to join either. If someone could please give me an idea on how I screwed up I'd be very greatful.

Check your allow blocks... you have a password protected allow block in your configuration file.
If you don't make mistakes, you aren't really trying.
