I wonder if it is possible to set a ban on the use of +x on a channel. Things like *!*@HIDDEN-* or *!*@HIDDEN* don't work since it seems to ban everyone not on the channel and silence all on the channel but the channel ops.
So, what can a chanOp do to make it impossible for +x users to join his/her channel?

How ban the use of +x on a channel?

You will probably need tp use a script to kick people with the hidden hosts.
IMHO, this is a dumb idea, for the following reasons:
IMHO, this is a dumb idea, for the following reasons:
- This will show users real IP/host to the channel
- Clients will be hacked
- Clients will be attacked
- This will make things easy for users to harm other users computers/networks
- There is no sane reason to put users at risk
- I am sure whatever you are doing in the channel can use cloaked hosts too
- Peoples hosts will not only be uncloaked for the channel, but for the whole network, so anyone wishing to attack them does not need to be in your channel, but any common channel with the user.
