Can someone help me please? !Linking!

I am unable to link services either because I don't undestand something or I extracted them into wrong dir.

If there is anyone that can walk me through on MSN linking the services I would really appriciate it.

I am like 15 hrs online I would really like to just finish this ASAP.

I am runing this on Winodws (Hope I have the Windows Version)

The IrcD is running smooth and fine.

Services - Have no clue how to link them. Tryed following the steps in INSTALL.txt and nothing just brakes my ircd from running..

I am using Anope services!

other then the absolutly accurate and useless "It's not working"

can you give any details as to what part is not working?
can you give any error messages that you are receiving?
can you give a copy of the link block from both services and IRCD?
can you give any other possibly usefull information?
