How to remove Global Qline

hey guys help me plz. how to remove Global Qline. its not on qline list its on STATS Q and problem is i cant able to remove it. and its not on services too tell me how to remove it.

/msg OperServ HELP SQLINE
If there isn't a SQLINE for that in the services SQLINE list, then add one, and delete it.
