problem of IRCD please help me

when trying to connect at my server its look like
irc.mizofa.net- *** Couldn't resolve your hostname; using your IP address instead

only this i think i have some problem in my ircd.conf.. i want to display like this

....Looking up your hostname...
*** Checking Ident
*** No Ident response
If you are having problems connecting due to ping timeouts, please type /quote pong 97414BDD or /raw pong 97414BDD now.

like this.. in my server thats cannt come and cannt display i dont know how to do. anyone can tell me about my problem.
