Load Balance!

Hi
I've two servers linked to gether and they're both running fine but all the users are logged on to only one of the servers. Is there any way to balance the load (spread users evenly on both servers) other than the way in the faqs?
Please help

The only way would be the way listed in the FAQ, which is setting up a Round Robin DNS
