How to set a password for a server?

Hey all.,.
I have unreal 3.2 version and am going to build it on my system
how can i confgiure unrealircd.conf to make users verify before they join my server?
I mean
to force them to write correct password such as
/server irc.unreal.com 6667 password
and if the passwords is wrong to disconnect directly?
