How to increase number of users in Unreal3.2?

Hello all,
Lets say that I have root access in dedicated server
as we know most of us,, 1000 is the number of maximum users who can join our unreal version.

How can I configure the shell or whatever to increase the limited number
or to change the maximum from 1000 to 2000 or whatever..

If you mean how do you increase the number of file descriptors allowed then have a look at: http://www.vulnscan.org/UnrealIrcd/faq/#46

Please note you will also have to recompile Unreal and specify a higher number for the maximum number of allowed connections.
