How to make auto message on joining a specific chan?

hey all.,,
i have joined a channel in a specific network recently and seen this:
<[#ccpower]> Welcome to #Ccpower
<[#ccpower]> channel now on +M for security.
<[#ccpower]> If u want to talk u must register ur nick.
<[#ccpower]> Trading Server
<[#ccpower]> Enjoy
[#ccpower] No such nick/channel
[#ccpower] End of /WHOIS list.

how can i do like that?

This is either a modified version of Unreal, or they have a module that does this.
