Whenever I try and start, I get permission errors that the unrealircd.conf file can't be read.
Quick edit: Installing this on Mac OS X 10.4.10.
[error] Couldn't open "unrealircd.conf": Permission denied
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
Whenever it starts the permissions on unrealircd.conf get changed to:
---x-wx--T, still owned by the same unprivileged user which is running ./unreal start
Below is my settings.config file.

IIRC, Mac's are funny when it comes to permissions the way Unreal uses them.
