problem with link services [Bad password?]

hello

plz i need real help
when i try to link services and am shuor abuot password the get me that msg

Link denied (Authentication failed [Bad password?])

Recheck you passwords from your Services Configuration and Unreal Configuration...
They don't match...

If you still can not get it to work, you unfortunately have to post your Link-Block and the Connection Information from your Services Configuration WITH the passwords you used...

In addition to Ducat's answer: these problems are usually simple user mistakes. Most likely you missed something that you couldn't see. Don't give up finding the solution, it must be easy. By the way, without your configuration or more details about the problem, we are unable to help.

Also, if you used an encoded password in link::password-receive, then make sure you didn't make any typo and used the proper authentication type. Try simple passwords first, if you are uncertain what to do.
