Windows, Unreal 3.2.7.. Protect nick?

Is there anything i can do to protect a user? So other user cant kick / ban / deop the protected user!?

you need to have services and then you can set +a (protect) and that will only allow services to kick a user, chanserv has features to help against people de op others if there are lower in access or whatever. once you have services just do a chanserv help commmand and learn how to put some security features in place
