Note to those using Notepad++

If you use Notepad++ on Vista, YOU MUST RUN IT AS ADMINISTRATOR!!!

Otherwise when you edit Unreal's .conf files it will not edit them! It will save it to a VIRTUAL_STORE folder, BAD!!! You will never get it back.

HOW-TO: Right click Icon --> Properties --> Compatibility --> Check "Run this program as administrator"

Or you could just change the file permissions of unrealircd.conf
