How to remove flood protection/fake lag?

Hi all

I am using unrealircd 3.2 on my server. How do I disable flood protection for certain users, or a certain chan? Also, how do I do it so that when they join a chan it disables their flood protection automatically?

You can only disable it for certain users, and cannot do it for certain channels or when people join channels.
