suggestions on how to make my server allow more connections?

well in my config i set maxclients 200 but, after 63 connections when someone trys to connect to the server it says (connection timed out) this server is on a home svr pc, so there is no hosting co. limits etc.. anyone know what i am lacking? i.e bandwith? processor speed? ram?

To make Unreal allow more connections on win32, it involves the following:

Modifying the Unreal source
Modifying the Window's registry

Both of which are NOT supported.

Pete, in that case the FAQ entry katsklaw gave you is completely accurate:
you are using w9x then you might not even reach 100

Basically, you're out of luck. Windows 98 is NOT a server OS.
