Changing Leaf to Hub

I was wondering (after searching) how one would change a leaf to a hub without recompiling. Is it possible?

if you compiled as a leaf, then you must re-compile as a hub. If the server is simply restricted as a leaf in unrealircd.conf, then just change the link block for that server.

It's generally a good idea to always compile as a hub even if you use the server as a leaf. It saves from having to recompile later.
