i am complete newb and need help, when i try to click on the icon to start unreal for windows nothing happens? also can unreal be used with a dynamic ip from the isp and going thru a dhcp enabled router? help please?
Were you starting Unreal in service mode? If yes, the first question has already been answered in topic Unreal 3.2 Modules -> Wircd Not Working

The answer for the second question is: yes, you can do that. Use a free service to have a subdomain address for your dynamic IP, for example, at http://www.dyndns.org. Then later if you decide to link servers, I suggest you to have a look at my tutorial about linking with dynamic IPs (and also read the official documentations).
