UnrealIRCd 4.0.0-rc6 released

The 6th - and possibly last - release candidate for UnrealIRCd 4 is now available for download.

Fixes between -rc5 and -rc6:

• User could get an empty hostname
• Some small memory leaks
• CAP REQ did not work with multiple arguments
• On *NIX the 'unrealircd' script was always installed in ~/unrealircd, even if you chose a different target.
