Unreal 3.2.1 SSL problem

Hello

i have trid to make a server Whit SSL

i have install openssl


but when i start the server it dont link up to the master server

an in the log it says this

Failed to load SSL certificate server.cert.pem

Somone can help me please

Go to the unreal folder, run the makecert.bat (or is it .cmd?) then answer the questions given in the prompt.
