Unrealircd doesn´t run on my windows machine

hi there..
I need help.

unreal ircd is running well on my linux machine.
but i´ve installed it on my windows machine
for a LAN party.
well i´ve done my work and checked it with the
MD5 and it returnes the right colde i think it was 09....
well... i´ve installed it without any problems.
I clicked on the icon this shortcut the installation has given me
as its finished in my tast manager you see shortly the wircd.exe and than
about 1 second after its away the programm starts and stops a short moment later.
I need this programm to start.
so well I hope its not a big bug
and I hope that you can help me very fast. thank you

Check your "ircd.log" and "service.log".
