[SOLVED] Prolem connection kiwiirc

Hello all

I have a working unrealircd version: 6.1.9.1

Problem is, users join the kiwirc webchat and the will login with there registrated nickname, the get a error can't connected, ask support for help.
But kiwiirc page is monthly down.
Somebody who can help we fixed this problem?

Users join the link and click on login without password, the can join a chat.
Users who has his nickname registreted the place a nickname and password, tha the system show a error cant connected to server, ask support for help.

I dont know whats wrong with nickserv.
Hope this forum is the right place, it's my first time.

It seems that you don't have SASL enabled which is required for KiwiIRC login-on-connect.

Also your NickServ doesn't respond to /ns commands.

Fix: In unrealircd.conf, near the bottom, in the set{} block, you must specify services-server and sasl-server.

Hint: in your case, both values should be "services.chat.babbelpret.nl"

Ok services changed in the unrealircd config and it works afther a rehash.

Hmm

Today i delete a "service bot" that i creating.

the service bot "Knallertje" is delete with the command: /bs bot del Knallertje
ok, afther that my service wil not working.
i dont understand and i was thinking maybe to restart unrealircd will help.

But now again i have troubles with the login on kiwiirc that registration users can't logjn. error to connect.
Sow i going to the condig and check the services.
but it's correct over there: "services.chat.babbelpret.nl"

i try retype again, save and rehash but that will not be working.
Services looks down.

thinking that SASL is the problem, but i cant find with ctrl + W there is no SASL active in my config.

What to do now?

I try also adding: sasl-server "services.chat.babbelpret.nl"; and rehash

but it wil not working, the kiwiirc give the same problem, registartion u

I get it working, but really dont understand why.....

in my block i have now:
services-server "chat.babbelpret.nl";
sasl-server "chat.babbelpret.nl";

Without "service.chat.babbelpret.nl" looks the path is incorrect.
Weird the first time afther Valware was helpfull and working.
Something is verry weird on this config.
i think afther reboot it wil not working anymore, it sounds weird this error.

No, the kiwiirc services is stoped working afther reboot unrealircd

Afther control the config, i adding the sasl-serve too.
But services wil not start,irc works fine.
I traying without "service" into: "serverice.chat.babbelpret.nl" and that works. ("chat.babbelpret.nl")

Looks you must playing whit the config, but now it works.
just a litle bit slow loading on kiwiirc login (takes 20 seconds your in)
Warning i see is: [NOTICE] SASL request timed out (server or client misbehaving) -- aborting SASL and continuing connection...
Without sasl in the config i can't login on kiwiiirc.

it's a very strange complicated spectacle and problem.

service and kiwiirc doing weird in th config of unrealircd.

i changed that block correct and add SASL too
But what i trying, and what kind of name.... it does weird.
Or the kiwiirc is not good working, or service will not working (cant add any service bot)

dont understand the error and problem, looks more troubles than only the kiwiirc not working.
it's something wrong with services.
i dont understand, few days ago it works fine, just the kiwiirc not, now it's working and not working and service problem.

I rehash server, and try also restarting, but not helpful

edit: Problem is fixed by Valware

reason of cause is unknown, problem solved by re-adding everything from the services and rehash.
