time/date stuff
Is there somewhere in the config where i set the time zone. This was yesterday..

User does not accept CTCP requests.
When a user tries to ctcp a user it just says The user is not accepting CTCP requests.
At first I thaught it was because they didn't register their nickname but that didn't fix it either. Anyone know how to fix it?

Incorrect Directory
My services install into the wrong directory, I do the following steps.
1) Download the anope.tar.gz file
2) Type tar -zxvf anope.tar.gz (it extracts to /home/irc/anope)
3) Select the directory to install as /home/irc/services
4) Set the owner of the services as irc
But it installs to /home/irc ...

I'm currently using Anope services and for the past few days I've been trying to turn off the spam protection.
When mass people speak it sets +M (noone can speak for 10 secs)
When mass people join it sets +R (noone can join for 10 secs)
When someone floods/repeats it kicks/bans them.
Is there a way ...
