I think Stealth was more talking about an admin joining the channel "out of curiousity", this has happened to me quite a few times, including on ircsystems (which got me quite annoyed, especially since the channel was +sntz and the topic was 'private channel').
Anyway, for me, it's logical that when you want a one-on-one conversation, you query someone, rather than creating a new channel.
If you don't agree with that, then I wonder if you also forbid all your PM's on your server?

sChutt: That only works if the two people are on different servers, it would be easier to keep your one and sniff all client traffic, or just one of those users's client's traffic. Actually I was referring to an unethical module.
